Please find below some examples of recent Porsche restoration projects that have included body and paintwork that has been undertaken by MCE. For minor exterior bodywork, repaint or rust repairs we can prepare the vehicle complete with engine, chassis systems and interior still installed, and glass and ancillaries removed to ensure a high quality, detailed finish. For more major structural repair we use Celette jigs and fixtures, coupled with a rotisserie for access to those hard-to-reach areas for media blasting back to bare metal and applying complete sealing and surface protection solutions. We also have an on-site fully climate-controlled spray booth so we can minimise bare-metal exposure time and maintain a clean, dry shell between strip, new metal fabrication, anti-rust treatment and base-coat paint application.
We also offer an in-house Fuchs wheel restoration facility to bring those classic Porsche 911 forged aluminium wheels back to their original factory condition.
